This policy describes how information is handled by Punchbook, an iOS application for class and pass management developed and published by Dynasty Creations ("we," "us"). It applies to all versions of the app distributed through the App Store.
Punchbook does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to any third party. The app operates without servers or user accounts and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. We have no access to any information you enter into the app, and we do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone.
Everything you enter — customers, classes, passes, payments, attendance — is stored on your device. If your device is signed in to iCloud, the app also stores a copy in your personal iCloud account, so that your data is backed up and available on your other devices. This synchronization is provided automatically by Apple's iCloud service, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is governed by Apple's iCloud terms; only your Apple Account can access the data. You may disable iCloud for Punchbook at any time in iOS Settings (Settings → your Apple Account at the top → iCloud → Saved to iCloud), after which your data remains solely on your device.
If you use "Import from Contacts," Punchbook uses Apple's contact picker, which shares only the single contact you choose. Punchbook never reads your contact list.
Message buttons open your own Messages or Mail app with a pre-filled draft. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
Reminder notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device.
You can export your data as CSV files at any time (More → Export). Deleting the app deletes all local data; disabling iCloud sync for Punchbook in Settings removes the iCloud copy.
You, the instructor, control the customer records you keep in Punchbook. Please handle them in line with your local privacy obligations.
Punchbook does not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or data processors. The only external services involved in the app's operation are Apple's iCloud and on-device notification frameworks, which are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Punchbook is a business tool intended for use by adults. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the app does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13.
Privacy regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provide rights of access, correction, and deletion over personal data held by a business. Because we hold no personal data about you or your customers, there is no data for us to produce, correct, or delete on your behalf. All information remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account, where you may view, export, correct, or delete it at any time.
